By using AnswerMePro (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

You must be at least 13 (or digital consent age in your jurisdiction). If under 18, you represent parental/guardian permission. You are responsible for your credentials and all account activity. Notify us of unauthorized use.

AnswerMePro provides timed knowledge questions, performance tracking, rankings, and optional paid subscriptions. Outcomes are based on user responses and scoring rules. Bonuses are discretionary, platform-funded, and not guaranteed — never player-funded or gambling winnings.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize recurring charges. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Failed payments may result in suspended or downgraded access.

You are responsible for your submissions. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content for operating and promoting the Service.

Prohibited: cheating; multiple accounts for advantage; sharing/selling accounts; reverse engineering or scraping; harassment; unlawful or infringing content.

Bonuses are discretionary and may be modified or withheld. No payout is guaranteed. We may withhold or reverse payments for suspected fraud, cheating, policy violations, or abnormal activity. Verification may be required. We are not responsible for delays from payment providers or compliance.

The Service (software, design, content — excluding user submissions) is owned by ushop.bid Ltd trading as AnswerMe.pro or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, fraud, or conduct we reasonably deem risky. You may stop using the Service anytime. Cancel subscriptions via account settings or your billing provider.

The Service is provided “as is.” No warranties for availability, accuracy, or error-free operation. We may adjust scoring or ranking at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ushop.bid Ltd trading as AnswerMe.pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

You indemnify ushop.bid Ltd trading as AnswerMe.pro, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes resolved in courts of England and Wales unless law requires otherwise. Claims must be brought within one year of arising, where permitted.
